The SPRINT Business Analyst position provides a unique opportunity to gain insight into the worldwide processes for a segment of IBM’s Cloud business that is growing rapidly. Use of Agile business practices is also expanding in the industry and exposure to IBM’s adoption will provide insight.
The Business Analyst will work in and agile environment, be responsible for engaging with the SPRINT stakeholders in their Contract Registration, Billing and Cost Recovery processes
Perform the analyst role in documenting requirements for projects, enhancements or defect corrections. Will participate in testing and move to production readiness. The role will develop procedures and documentation to provide a measure of consistency in processes, reporting and completion of work requests. Will provide user support and detailed analysis when data questions arise.
Participate in daily Agile scrum (stand up) calls to provide update on tasks completed, in progress and any blockers.
Liaison with finance and IT teams to provide support to business stakeholders for SPRINT operations questions
Work cooperatively with the squad and stakeholders to troubleshoot technical issues.
Ensure monthly scheduling and processes are completed timely and accurately.
Perform SPRINT monthly billing and contract registration metrics
Support squad testing activities
Participate in Internal / external audits as need to provide data and or documentation
Participate in special projects and information requests
Manage weekly Stakeholder meetings and the prioritized EPICs which drive the SPRINT squad.
Fully participate in iteration planning, squad retrospective and showcase meetings
Participate in workshops to complete discovery of new EPICs presented to the team
Contribute solutions and guidance in improving squad processes
Continued development of skills include DevOps

Client and team interaction with demonstrated written and oral communication and listening skills
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
BS in Math, Engineering or related degree
At least 5 plus years demonstrated experience in processes modeling, statistics, trend analysis
Demonstrated organizational, presentation, analytical and problem solving skills, team player and self-starter
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Excel, QMF, Microsoft Office Products, SQL,
Experience / Understanding of AGILE practices
