Install and upgrade CICS (Customer Information Control System) running on z/OS, using currently supported versions.
Support mainframe CICS Transaction Gateway (CTG). Build & configure CICS subsystem environments on z/OS (incl. CICSPlex).
Support problem determination efforts (prime & off-shift) involving CICS & related software. Execute CICS system level recoveries (local and in support of Disaster Recovery).
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
CICS (Customer Information Control System) systems mainframe programmer with 5 years of experience.
